"Pasta Khan" is an eclectic restaurant on 382 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Australia. Formerly known as Dolan Uyghur Cuisine, this innovative dining destination has taken an exciting new turn in 2023.
Retaining its roots in the Uyghur people's rich history and cultural influence, Pasta Khan now brings a unique fusion of Central Asian tastes to the people of Melbourne and the world.

The Spirit of Our Noodles
On the ancient Silk Road lived a wise and courageous people known as the Uyghurs. With their unique craftsmanship and innovative practices, they produced stunning hand-pulled fresh noodles.
Over time, the Uyghurs’ original hand-pulled noodles became famous and spread throughout the Silk Road, especially after the renowned explorer Marco Polo introduced them to Europe in the 13th century. They have gained popularity among diners, especially in Central Asia, the Middle East, India, and Europe.
However, we dreamt of bringing this traditional and unique craft to a wider audience, offering the flavours of the Silk Road, and decided to open the Pasta Khan brand of restaurants to bring this fusion of tradition and innovation to the world.
